Week 15 AFC Betting Predictions and NFL Picks and Parlays for Buffalo Bills vs New England Patriots

AFC East Bloodbath: Bills Go to Foxborough for a MUST-WIN

The Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots clash this Sunday in a divisional heavyweight fight, and honestly, the stakes couldn't be higher for the Bills Mafia. New England, sitting pretty at 11-2, can actually clinch the AFC East title with a win. Think about that: the Patriots, led by their second-year QB Drake Maye who’s quietly having an MVP-caliber season with his insane completion percentage and passer rating, are ready to slam the door shut on Buffalo's divisional hopes. Josh Allen and the 9-4 Bills, fresh off a wild 39-34 comeback win over the Bengals where he played out of his mind, have to find a way to get revenge for that Week 5 loss where they choked one away at home to the Pats.

Buffalo's health is finally looking up, and that’s a huge deal for their explosive offense. Head coach Sean McDermott was buzzing earlier this week because key starters like defensive end Joey Bosa, linebacker Terrel Bernard, right tackle Spencer Brown, and wideout Joshua Palmer were all limited in practice, which is a massive step up from being total non-participants.

Getting Bosa back to wreak havoc on Maye would be enormous. Plus, Dalton Kincaid, their young tight end, is back to being a full participant, which means another weapon for Allen. The Patriots, though, are stout, especially against the run. Their run defense is legit, holding opponents to under 90 rushing yards per game. The key matchup is going to be James Cook and Allen against that Pats front. If Buffalo can’t establish the run, it's going to be a long day of Allen playing hero ball, which sometimes is a double-edged sword, you know?

Betting Picks & Predictions

The spread for this game has the Bills as only 1-point favorites. That's virtually a pick 'em, which tells you everything about how tight Vegas sees this divisional rivalry, especially in Foxborough. The Patriots are a stunning 8-4-1 against the spread this season, consistently covering and proving they are for real, while the Bills are barely above .500 against the number.

Given the Patriots' momentum, their home-field advantage, and the fact that their defense is a top-ten unit built for December football, it's surprising they aren't favored by more. I don't care how great Allen is, the Pats' defense and ball-control offense behind Maye are a tough combo. I’m leaning into the home-field advantage and the sheer playoff importance for New England right now. Prediction: Patriots win a low-scoring, grind-it-out game, covering the small spread.
